Broadband Intermittent connection problem

HI Guys

I am having problems with my line, that Tier 2 cannot deal with.

Tier 1 insist that i check every thing every single time i phone up and will not put me through to the best people to deal with my problem.

Basically i moved into my new house in October. I have had problems with the BB from the off.

I have had a phone and BB engineer out to check the line and have both confirmed that its ok.

From what i can see, if i leave the ADSL connected for more that 24 hour, the noise margin drops to between 0.6 - 0.8

When i restart the router everything is fine.

I have just been told by T1 supervisor that i am within the limits speed wise of my line.

What i said was that i when the NM drops, the through put is almost non existant.

As soon as they started line testing the NM went up too 2.2db.

Please see stats as is currently

Line state:Connected
Connection time:1 day, 22:25:20
Downstream:12,086 Kbps
Upstream:1,127 Kbps

  ADSL settings
VPI/VCI:0/38
Type:PPPoA
Modulation:G.992.5 Annex A
Latency type:Interleaved
Noise margin (Down/Up):2.1 dB / 5.7 dB
Line attenuation (Down/Up):40.0 dB / 22.8 dB
Output power (Down/Up):0.0 dBm / 12.8 dBm
FEC Events (Down/Up):160757834 / 3967
CRC Events (Down/Up):376146 / 164
Loss of Framing (Local/Remote):0 / 12
Loss of Signal (Local/Remote):8 / 12
Loss of Power (Local/Remote):0 / 0
Loss of Link (Remote):0
HEC Errors (Down/Up):1934001 / 98
Error Seconds (Local/Remote):0 / 135
Now imagine the same stats with a 0.8 db noise margin.
Can anyone help, i know its as simple as restarting the router everyday, but i dont want to do that. For some reason it likes to take about 3-4 mins to sync back up.
I have been on Fast latency also, along with trying different sync speeds including going as low as 6MB
Just tried playing an online game
