Re: Broadband Latency Type

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for sending in your details. I've place a request to have interleaving turned off. This normally take around 48 hours to complete, as long as the connection remains stable.

I'll follow up with you on Wednesday to see how the connection is performing.

Thanks

PaddyB

Re: Broadband Latency Type

Hi @Anonymous,

I've tested your connection and your interleaving is showing as off (Fast). As long as the connection remains stable it should stay like that.

If there is any instability, the DLM will react and reapply interleaving if needed.

Thanks

PaddyB
