Broadband Order - still showing as in progress - needs to completed
Can someone help me on the following issue, I placed an order to have a new line and BT infinity for a house I just purchased. However BT Cancelled the Broadband as the line need to be install and activated before the BT Broadband could be ordered.
I am now being told that I can open a new BT Broadband order until the old order is completed manually by the offline team (who were meant to call me yesterday 06/11/16 to do so).
I am getting very frustated with the lack of customer services and the fact I have spent all day yesterday waiting for a phone call that has never come.
Please could someone contact me on so they can help resolve.
