Broadband Order

Greetings,

I'm the new customer of BT. Recently I made a order for a Full afinre 300 but the order got canceled for whatever reason (saying it was on my request but I did not ask for it),  Since I moved to a new house and I'm in need of internet connection due tocnt work I just placed new order for diffrent broadband pack, a Fibre 2. I've got a text message from BT_sms with confirmation about my order and a short guide/video what gonna happens on an installation date, but I still didn't get any email with order confirmation and no order tracking on BT App. Is this because I order on sunday or it need takes time ro process? I tried called a infoline but I gave up after 30min waiting.
