Just noticed a decrease in speed for our Broadband -
Carried out the official speed test and have gone down from 75mbps to 44.5 mbps
this was tested via wired and wireless connection
what could be the cause of this ? do I need to call customer support ?
post stats 1-12 like you did before and also results from btspeedtester diagnostic test
Just ran the wholesale test and it came down to 19.9.mbps
Upload Speed was 12.56
and the Ping Latency is 41.00

Can't see any screenshots but your stats show your HH5 recieving a speed of 68.5Mbps.
