As you can see router reset early this morning and you currently have a 16mb connection speed with noise margin about 3db which is the new norm for good lines. Your earlier btspeedtester result was good for the connection speed

These readings from the event log,are they max readings ?

When i check my speed using Speedtest.net (Ookla) you see a graph and when i run the test  on mine the graph goes up and down like a mountain range, before last Friday i could check it and you would see a high flat graph like table mountain.

What are your thoughts.

the only speed test BT accept is the BT wholesale test as other tests are affected by external internet activity t5he event log figures are your actual noise margin and actual connection speed.
your download speed will constantly vary constantly depending on internet activity and is perfectly normal
