Sorry i know nothing can be done but its driving me nuts at the moment, We lost broadband around 3 weeks ago took a phone call to BT to remind them to send a new Modem, connection was checked by a couple of engineers and as they say 3 repairs made to the system, back to 2.8 and within a couple of hours back to under 1 then a couple of engineers arrived a few days later and had another go again 3 repairs made back to 3.5 and a few hours later back to 1, BT ringing up saying problem solved and the most we can expect is 1... What the hell is going on been working at 3.5 for years and the best we can expect is now 1.... BT a race to the bottom no word as yet but i have a feeling 3 faults will be found... Maybe more than twizzling the wires together and covering with insulation tape, do they not have the jelly connectors anymore. anyone else see this going on, keep saying to them what about my subscriptions should we cancel them??
Any thoughts...
