I am frustrated that the usage monitor does not update when it says. It says that it updates at 23.59 hrs., yet when I look in the morning, it still gives the readding and date of two days ago. Later it updates the usage but not the date and then finally, later in the day it gives the usage and date of yesterday. I have tried the online chat to no avail. Today, I have phoned BT and been told that the usage monitor updates at 14.00 hrs., with the usage of 23.59 hrs of the previous day. OK, it has now updated the usage, but not the date, which is still showing as two days ago. I am also told that the usage monitor is a free service and therefore there is no way of reporting this as a fault. What a cop out.
