I've tried calling tech support, and they told me it would be all sorted by 11:30 pm 18/12/20, its now 00:20 the next day, my network hasn't activated, and the call centre is closed, I can't really wait till 8am for when it opens, as I need the network up ASAP. What should I do

What BT Broadband package did you order?
Is it supposed to be coming down your phone socket? If it is, then have you got dial tone on your phone?
