Broadband activation delay

I ordered BT Broadband on 28th June 2013, it was due to be activated on 12th July. I tracked my order online, it looked to be progressing but on 13th July it was showing it had not been activated, there is a problem which is being looked into.

 

I phoned BT on 15th July, I was told it was a technical issue and would be sorted out last night (when the updates were done). This morning I have tracked my order online and it is still not activated, it says my order is in hand with a member of the team. I'm wondering how long it may take to be activated.
