Move to a new address and continued with BT phone and broadband contract having previously paid line rental upfront. Phone line is activated as promised on 9 July but broadband is still no active. Router is showing only power and wireless lights. BT Vol ref is VOL012-********. I have contacted BT by phone with promises of callback on the delay but with no result. It seems this is a common problem but any help will be much appreciated.
