Broadband activation new build

Hello,

i have moved and I ordered fibre on the 29th of March and activation date was 9th of April and still no luck, now after various calls with bt I have to wait until may the 14 th lol just to even get an update, it’s apparently a new build (offices converted into apartments) . I spoke to the manager of the property who is here everyday 9 - 5 and deals with most of the building work as such and he told me bt has been here already and have put cables into the building he was there himself he said one of the engineers had to feed cable via the roof , etc skys even put a dish up already also so he doesn’t know why they are telling me next month lol...someone from open reach is too return Monday “maybe” coming from the property manager so hopefully if it’s true I will see him and ask what’s going on,

also apparently one of my neighbours already has a phone line active here now lol.

was the checker results using your address?  you may have to order a phone line first

Yep cabinet 95 the order was with a phone line

I don’t know what any of the stuff in the picture means lol

Shows fibre is available on that cabinet and speed 47/33mb estimated range
Address is not accurate as can cover more than one cabinet

It’s 100% my cabinet it’s literally outside my window lol , 

so so any reason why u think I’m getting played around like this at all thanks appreciate the help

If the cabinet was that close then estimate would be 80/20mb being full infinity 2 but it is not so may be not your cabinet
