So I went to new order option and it they confirmed 300/50 was available for £39.99 indeed, but they could not upgrade me to that though (currently on G.Fast), so we had to set up complete new account (so no migration of phone number possible this way). I was going to port my old number to other VIOP service anyway, so that works for me.
