Unfortunately the HH4 doesn't offer any linestats via the interface other than connection speed.

http://bthomehub.home  admin password is on the card on the back of the hub.

From the top Menu > Troubleshooting
> Helpdesk
> Bandwidth

You may be able to gain a little more information from the event log, such as the SNR Margin, shortly after a resync.

the latter stats will show your conenction speed down/up and also the noise margin down/up  the normal down margin is about 6db and if higher than that suggests there is scope for faster speed

from what you have posted you are on adslmax with a connection speed of down 2.7mb and up 448kbps (448 is max for adslmax)

you could see if you can get upgraded to adsl2 which may give bit more down speed but should give about 100% increase in up speed

you can also upgraded to FTTC with estimated range 21/13mb down and 2/0.8mb up
