I am making an inquiry in regards of a problem that's been a constant re-occurrence over the past months and still continues to be an issue. Our broadband connection disconnects on most occasions when someone calls our landline phone. We are unfamiliar with this issue as we have never experienced a problem like this prior, hence why I am here seeking assistance on solving this problem.
Is this a common issue for BT customers? Is there any solutions?
have you tried changing the filter as they do go faulty. check to make sure everything connected to a phone socket has a filter
