When I receive an inbound phone call my broadband connection disconnects for a couple of minutes.
I have a dual plug master socket (One socket for telephone and one for broadband). I also have a pretty new HomeHub.
Does anyone have any ideas what is wrong ?
As I have dual socket, I don't have a ADSL filter that I can swap out, as shown in the diagrams in your links. Therefore do I need to find a way to get a fault on the line checked ?
It could be a faulty face plate but
If you post the stats from your router
For homehub - 192.168.1.254
Navigate to ADSL Settings or use the A-Z at the top right
Click on More Details and then post the results.
And post the results from http://speedtester.bt.com/
then someone may be able to help.
