Broadband connection keeps being lost

When ever we use the BT Box, it is either very slow or we lose connection completely.  I've changed the batteries in the remote as thought this could be a problem but still not working.  Have checked our speed and it says both download and upload are good.  Feeling very frustrated as we're paying a lot for a rubbish service.  Do I as BT to change my BT box or hub???

Hi LucyS and welcome.

 

You’ve mentioned changing the batteries ion the remote. Is your problem with the vision service or broadband connection? Do you have Infinity or ADSL broadband? How are you connected, is it wired or wireless? Have you tried running a speed test, including the further diagnostics? Give us as much detail as possible and I’m sure we’ll be able to help.
