you can try downloading inssider2 (istumbler if MAC) and then run it. This will show the broadcasting networks round about you and their channels including your own. If you then enter your router and change your wireless channel to a free or less congested channel.

Try a couple of other channels, working down from 11.

 

I do know that there are some issues with the WiFi performance of the home hub 3. How far away are the devices from the home hub, is the signal showing good or excellent?

I have put it onto channel 1 and every single wireless device just started working - yippee!!

That is often the default for many routers, you are lucky if its a quiet channel Smiley Wink

 

See how it goes, I cannot guarantee it will fix it, but its usually worth a try. Also try to avoid using wireless devices at the extreme range of the signal, as that causes re-transmissions due to poor quality.
