Broadband disc

My BT disc is flashing red after a power cut, how do I reset it.

Sorry to hear about your problem.

This should really be in the category 'BT Devices' or 'Home setup, Wi-Fi & network discussions'.

Please, could you confirm if your disks are the colour white or black?

Was the disk solid blue before the power cut?

If you re-pair the disk by pressing the WPS button on both devices or using an ethernet cable, wait for it to go blue and then put it back in the original location.

Hi

The disc is black and it was solid blue before the power cut.

@Divall I've read on these forums that re-booting the router can sometimes re-establish connectivity with discs that had been previously setup but are displaying the red light.
