I had this problem a few months ago and then it went away for a couple of months and now it is back again!
I see disconnections in the Home Hub event log which don't totally disconnect the broadband connection (see Homehub/advanced settings/broadband/connection) but do show up in the 'internet' tab. If I am using the internet at the time of the disconnection, then I lose service for around 10 seconds or less. I have copied the event log below as this shows the transactions going on during the 'break'! I have my home hub plugged directly into the master socket so there is no interference from internal wiring. Any ideas?
