Hi all, I've posted this question before and got no responses so I thought I would try again.
Randomly at least once a week my broadband router gets disconnected and reconnects. I've asked BT why this is and all they say is we can send an engineer out. They sent an engineer out on 5 occasions, tried to charge me over £500.00 for doing nothing (I did get refunded after I complained) and the problem still happens. Can anyone give me a straightforward answer ? Why does the broadband disconnect at least one a week?
What kind of router do you have?

Who knows, trying to pinpoint a fault as intermittent as that is akin to nailing fog. Could be any number of reasons.
