great hope they do get it reset and you can post new stats and save mods some work

you were lucky the vast majority of posters here have jumped through hoops for a long time and got nowhere as every restart of the hub starts the time period again under normal circumstances within 3/5 days the profile resets automatically occasionally a profile sticks and needs manual intervention
carrying out a manual reset without being able to show a stable connection for 3 days + is a waste of time if the underlying problem has not been resolved the profile just drops again and then you start all over again slowly getting more frustrated
