Broadband dropping but blue light.

Hi all,

my devices are losing connection 6/7 times a day. Both wired & wireless. Not all at the same time, it appears to be one device at a time, randomly.

the hub lights stay blue. Have changed the router.

BT can find no faults on the line. Any ideas what it could be?

have you turned of smart setup  

Turn Off smart setup

for the wifi have you tried using a wfi analyser and see what channels in use by neighbours then try and select a free or less congested channel.. if you have SKY Q I would select another 5ghz channel and not use 36
