Broadband dropping out - restarts when calling 0800 169 0199 help number
My fairly new BT Infinity Broadband (30th November) drops out on a regular basis. When going throught the on-line help, it eventually says ring the 0800 169 0199 number. To date there has never been a reported fault on my STD number but about 1 minute after putting the phone down the broadband image on the hub glows a steady blue!
I am also getting severe noise on the line when trying to make a call - and have reverted to using my mobile. I am using a Siemens c330A cordless system with three phones. (Base unit plus 2). Hardware wise I use an IMac and a windows 7 PC.
I had none of these problems before upgrading to BT Infinity.
