Hi, our broadband has been dropping in and out this week.
I've just had an Openreach engineer visit.
He said that all tests were fine and that BT had changed something that is interfering with Netgear routers.
Is this the case?
I have a bad feeling that the engineer is going to say it's my equipment when I'm very sure it's not my router as nothing has been touched.
Any ideas please?
I think the engineer was talking rubbish about your connectionand netgear router
do you have a dial tone on your landline?
