Broadband dropping out

This is a recuring problem. Every couple of months, my broadband will just drop out at random. It will work fine for weeks and then just start doing it again at random! Sometimes it will work fine all day other times (like today) it will drop out half a dozen times. Phoned BT, done all the usual checks over and over again but it's still happening!!

Can anyone tell from the details below what is going on??

Thanks.
