Broadband dropping out
I have ongoing problems with broadband dropping out . On Friday I will have my 3rd visit from an engineer, the other two found nothing wrong in my house . I am not getting the service that I have paid for . I also have to use my data allowance to be able to get anything done on line.
BT I am really fed up with your poor service and feel that you should now be compensating me for the poor service .
Who can you complain to directly?
