Broadband issue on Smart Hub 6- firmware SG4B100021EC.
disconnection every 22 hours - approximately 20:00 to 20:30 each day - commenced 14th August.
BT fault logged Engineer coming 19th August.

Just had a phone call off BT- The Engineer has been cancelled as issues with copper at/near exhange. Fault should not hopefully reoccur.
