@sophie1989 Thanks for speaking with me today and sorry if I am interrupting. I called back and left another message as I've been trying to get an appointment sorted for tomorrow Morning but there don't appear to be anymore slots available on our booking system. I've messaged the escalations team in wholesale to see if they can organise this for me and I will be in touch as soon as I know more. I'm really sorry about this.
