Broadband fault

Hello,

I have recently started a contract with BT and was told on Wednesday 19th of March that my broadband was ready to go.
I arrived from work happy to plug in my new BT Hub 4 and get connected after 2 weeks of waiting.

To my dissapointment nothing seem to work.

The hub goes through the same cycle everytime green->blue->orange with flashing red b underneath
I tried it iin every socket around the house including the main bt socket and including the test socket.
I tried 2 adsl filters with the same result.

If anyone is able to shed some light I would apreciate any sort of help I can get.

Thank you!

Re: Broadband fault

You need to contact BT and report that your broadband has not gone live. Call 0800 111 4567

Re: Broadband fault

You need to keep telling them that it's not and that you want it sorted.
