We got broadband connected yesterday and the engineer who was a trainee left us with no instructions went awsy to find a senior and never came back. At the moment we have no connection. The website YVM 102 tells us to connect yellow conection which we don't have its a red connection we have. We feel the service from BT has been horrendous. Felt they were rushing away to get another job. Really disappointed

What broadband package do you have, is it a direct fibre into the home (Full Fibre), with a separate Openreach modem, or is it just fibre 1, where your home hub is connected directly to your phone line? If it comes down your phone line, do you have dial tone on your phone?
The code you are quoting is a BT TV code, so what lights are showing on the BT Home hub?
