Broadband keeps disconnecting

Hi there,

 

We've had BT broadband for a good few years now, and it has always had a lot of problems for us. Due to us living in the countryside of Scotland, the broadband speeds have always been very slow, but that is to be expected.

 

We currently have the Homehub V2, and it will often randomly drop connection throughout the day, and every couple of nights, we'll get a period of a couple of hours where it will constantly drop every few seconds, rendering it near enough unusable.

 

I've noticed that we are getting an very large number of CRC down errors, but I don't know what this actually means or what kind of effect it has.

Sorry for the very late reply.

 

Since my last post, the broadband has only worsened. It has repeatedly disconnected at LEAST once per hour (almost always more than this, however) every day for the past 4 days.

 

I've gone through all the steps on the page you provided.

have you tried connecting to the test socket with a new filter?  if not can you connect to test socket and post new stats please  test socket.jpg
