Well they said its either down to the hub or the wiring in my last email.

if connection stays stable as it is then unlikely you will get another router.  noise margin is still high but at least it is stable

if connection continues to stay stable then mods can see it and then get noise margin reset to 6db which will give a speed increase

the mods will certainly reset the margin and then your speed increase will improve you should get around 11.7mb connection speed

Well it got to 3 days i think maybe fell just shy it was in like at 9:55 ish so i think it may of got there 😛 but once again the drop casued a increase in speed look

looks like your noise margin is dropping slowly with a corresponding increase in speed - and being done automatically as line appears stable
