Over the last few days our broadband has started to drop out and then come back. Occasionally the broadband light on the hub goes out completely. This has now given us an ip profile of 0.75Mbps, we normally get around 3-4Mbps.
I have done a noise test using the test socket on the master socket and it was quiet. Out of curiosity I also did it with everything plugged in and on and again no noise. I've also changed both the filters for the phone and the hub.
I have done a couple of manual restarted but have stopped doing that now. This is the connection info after the last drop out.
Anything else I can try?

I have yet to put the hh on the test socket, but what I have noticed is that occasionally the broadband will drop and the light on the hub will go out completely and won't come back on. However if I then get a dial tone on the phone the broadband will come back on.
Could this point to anything?
Which version of the home hub do you have?
I have the home hub 3 type B.

Thanks, it was just that when you said that the light went out, I thought that it might be a home hub 2.
