Broadband reward card but website says I am not eligible.
Hi can anyone help. This does seem to be a common thread! I ordered broadband online direct with british telecom when the reward card was being offered. Broadband is up and working but the website says I am not eligible. my order number does have a j m at the start (which I have seen in other threads could be a lm) but I did not amend or cancel the order. This may have been done when I chatted online when I subsequently had difficulty ordering mobile sims at bt customer rates. I have been trying all evening to connect to online chat to resolve but. No operators are available. This makes the broadband uncompetitive.
