I hope someone can assist. Within the last 2 weeks my broadband has gone from hero to zero and despite contacting the on-line chat help I dont appear to be getting anywhere.
I have followed the instructions on the info needed.
The quiet line test was fine.

I will also re-run the speed tests as I am now using an ethernet connection
connection time is only 3+ hrs was that manual reset or router dropping connection? your noise margin is high as normal about 6db have you been having problems with dropped connections
are you using the test socket or somewhere else? if not test socket can you move to test socket with new filter as with your attenuation I would expect a connection speed about 20mb not the 1+mb you have just now
