Yeah, something odd is going on as well as my current terrible speeds. Just had another call back and they can't work out what's going on and why I'm still listed as being with Talk Talk so it looks like I'm lost in the ether somewhere.  I've also been informed there is a problem in my area (why they couldn't tell me this days ago I don't know unless it's only just been flagged with more people complaining).

 

Being called back again on Monday when hopefully they'll have sussed what's going on.

 

Cheers for the link, I'll fill it in and see if they can shed some light on it.

First one of those shows a problem in my area (Llanbedrog) although only reported today, but also shows it is fixed I think.  Just run a couple of speedtests and I'm getting solid 6+Mbps instead of the random usually low values I've had for a couple of weeks.  Network throughput graph is also solid now, last week I'd see a couple of high spikes then down to 0 or very close to it.   Looks like the speed issue at least has finally been fixed.

 

I'll see how it goes during tomorrow but it looks like it's been resolved.
