Speed dropped again today. Just what the heck is going on. Now down to 1.23Mbps from 1.47Mbps this is after help from the Mods last week. It is driving us round the bend. Come on Openreach & co get things sorted.

Thanks for posting. I'm sorry the speed has dropped again. Can you run the speed test including the further diagnostics and post the results and we'll take a look at this for you.

As requested both files attached, please note have not been able to obtain full diagnotics since phone line fault was sorted.

Thanks for posting those results. The SNR looks ok at 18db up and 6db down so the only option is to wait until DLM kicks in and raises the profile again.
