Bt sent an engineer out turns out the wiring to the pole outside was knackered .speed has increased a bit now

Well the Plot thickens it's now back down to 29mb download how do I get back on standard broadband which was more reliable than the ultrafast

can you repost stats from hub please  are you using the master socket or preferably the test socket?

Connection time only 5hrs was that a manual reset?
Was stats from connection to master or test socket?

It's 32 Mb, but there's obviously still a problem, so you need to get back onto CS and book another engineer appointment.

constantly rebooting your router will actually make your connection worse not better - stable is best
