And once again we have a new problem my wife recieved a text contact from Stephen at BT.

It reads as follows

Hi Mr.Ralph

Stephen from BT here.

Your appointment has been cancelled as a fault has now been found outsideyour home so we will not need a visit.Many thanks for you patience.


Now am i the only one in the world who doesn't get this. Why would you cancel an engineer to sort out a problem if no engineer has been sent to actually check and see what the problem is.

Im beginning to loose the will with this company.

The engineer hasn't been cancelled, they've cancelled your appointment because you no longer need to be around for when the engineer goes to carry out the work.
