Re: Broadband speed extremely slow after the first 10 days

I'd rather be on infinity, according to the openreach website my exchange is accepting orders but BT says it's not available at my property yet, as do other providers 😞

Try entering your phone number and see what is available https://www.btwholesale.com/includes/adsl/main.html

Confirms what you are being told - your cabinet is not part of openreach rollout

Re: Broadband speed extremely slow after the first 10 days

So 2 days 6 hours so far since the last disconnect, some speed increase would be welcome soon. Are the HEC events etc anything to worry about? The error seconds haven't changed since 10 mins or so of this being connected.2stats.png

Re: Broadband speed extremely slow after the first 10 days

So 2 days and 20 hours, then another disconnect 😕 Noise margin is now low though, but attenuation has gone up.

Re: Broadband speed extremely slow after the first 10 days

yo are now back in a banded profile and the attenuation increase suggests a line fault you should retry the quiet line test but it looks like an engineer visit i needed
