I'm sorry but need to show connection stable otherwise resetting the profile is pointless as an unstanle connection will result i profile dropping again. It's a pity it has taken you so long to find the forum and that you had reset the router trying to get profile back
at least you are now in the correct place to get it fixed and get your download speed back

This is now resolved - our IP has been reset by an engineer this morning.
