Broadband speed slowly decreasing

After loads of issues a few years back which were eventually resolved, my broadband speed has gradually decreased from 5.5mb/s (Nov 2014) to 3.9Mb/s today which doesn't seem a lot but is actually a 30% decrease. How can I get this investigated as it's really noticeable?

I assume you are still on BT Infinity, as they look like ADSL speeds?

 

Which BT Home hub are you using?

 

Is there any noise on your phone calls? Dial 17070 and select option 2, there should be no noise between the announcements.
