That's the correct stats thanks

That shows you are on a fixed 576kbps connection but from the stats the attainable is about 5mb 

You need mod help to get you of fixed connection and on to adslmax

Thanks for posting back with the info we asked for 😊

The checker for your line shows an estimate of 1Mbps however your Hub stats tell a different story.  From the stats you're definitely on a fixed rate service however there is potential to get you a connection speed closer to 5Mbps.

Hi @M5355  I called earlier and left a brief voicemail sorry I missed you. I’ve checked and tried to get our suppliers to lift your broadband profile. I have tried to get you changed over to up to 8mb, Home 2000 and Home 1000 and they have rejected all orders. They have confirmed that they will only offer the Home 500 package on your line.
