As you have tried test socket with new filter, different router and quiet line test ok then now see if mods can help and probably an engineer visit

The mods are the only bt employees on the forum everyone else is a customer

Use the link and not PM

after completing the email it can take a few days for mods to get back to you are joining a queue of other customers waiting for mod help

Latest news is that an engineer is lined up to come in Tuesday.  Performance had been better over last 12-16 hours but back to normal this afternoon.  Hopefully engineer will sort it

many issues 'sound' the same but the cause can be totally different
