Broadband usage monitor

This system seems to have gone haywire over the last few days. Seemed to stop working and for a few days and reset itself to zero yesterday. Anybody got any idea's ?

It's been like that almost forever. It takes spells of not working. You usually get a message saying something like 'we know how important it is for you to monitor your usage so if you go over your limit this month we won't charge you'. In other words you're on Unlimited for the price of Limited, this month.Did you get the message?

The message used to be on the monitor page. Maybe you should contact BT and tell them you can't monitor your usage.
