Do you have any relatives that can take the agreements and have the direct debits come out your account ?
BT terms of service and agreements mean you have to be 18+ years to enter into a contract.
The credit check would depend on the services ordered, line and broadband you might be asked for a deposit that is returnable after 6 months good payments, If your parents owed BT money from a previous account then it's unlikely they could order the services (please don't answer that as it's not suitable for a public forum).
Order what you need though as BTTV and BT Mobile would see the agreement increased due to equipment involved.
Just remember that the person who's name it goes in is the BT customer, not you, as such any debt and payments they would be liable, payments can come from any bank with the account holders permission, you can however be added as a named contact should you ever need to contact BT.
@duncanleetedds I can confirm that what @-Richie- has advised you is correct, unfortunately as you're not over 18 yet we wouldn't be able to provide you with service and anyone who requests service from us may be subject to a credit check to get the line and broadband connected.
