Broadband

Broadband kit to potentially be returned.

Only received today new and unboxed.

Live in norwich engineer meant to come tomorrow was all orederd before social distance rules,unsure if engineer will come or not. (Not likely) unable to print  return label,how would kit be returned of necessary. Not tried customer service as thats likely to be difficult.

If you did decide to cancel, a returns kit would be sent automatically with freepost packaging, when EE stores open again you can also drop them off there to return.

are you getting FTTC or FTTP  if latter you will something like this in your home  ONT fttp_small_ont_2019.jpg
