Broadband

Hi, on my homepage, its saying I've got an order pending (change of broadband) 

Its saying I can't change any settings until my order is complete, ive not ordered a broadband change, its been like that for 4 days.

Can't get through to anyone at bt, any ideas? Thanks.

It's probably BT updating or changing something in the background. Everything they do is progressed as an order so these will show in MyBT. Don't worry about it as long as everything is still working as it should.

Thanks for replying, its saying i can't access some things from my homepage until the order is complete, I'll give it a couple of days 👍
