We have had two engineers come round, the first to check our line and the second for our broadband. On the second visit we got a new modem but that hasn't seemed to help. We are still getting the broadband cutting out and the DSL connection flashing on and off (its not like this all the time but it usually happens 3 times a day and it is really frustrating). Our speeds are also very poor, I have done numerous speed tests and it comes up with being bad (speed coming into house 12.5mb we should be getting 40). What should I do next?
